Back in 2021, Beltran and a friend decide to redirect their careers and uninspired lives in Barcelona. Resolving to make a documentary about emigration, they travel to a small village in Senegal. Once there, however, after realizing the inconsistencies of their original concept, they are captivated by a local story - and Ngoor Gayan was born. The result is pure magic.
