EWE FORUM ALTE FLEIWA
In April 2010 the 1923 constructed meat factory building was reopened after heavy reconstruction and restauration works as EWE Forum Alte Fleiwa. The EWE uses the buolding as its main congress and event center, a link between culture, science and industry. The Oldenburg Filmfestival uses the main congress hall to screen part of its program in this monument to industrial culture.

The biggest cinema in Oldenburg is part of the Festival since 2004. CinemaxX´s eight theatres, some of them with over 400 seats, equipped with modern sound system like Dolby Digital and DTS make the screening to a delightful film experience.

In the Kulturetage there are the press center, the accreditation office and the VIP lounge.

OLB Cinema
In the new building of the festival main sponsor there is a lounge and a screening room with modern video equipment. This location hosts the OLB Preview and the OLB Walk of Fame. From 2011 on the OLB cinema has been moved to the CinemaxX.

CASABLANCA
The „Casablanca“ is Oldenburg’s oldest program cinema founded in 1981. It has received several awards for excellence in programming. The three up-to-date cinemas present the audience with a program dedicated to sophisticated filmmaking.
Cinema 2 is the festival cinema, it has 120 seats and a 3x7m screen. The coloring is purple with grey wall covers. The cinema has Dolby SR and a digital DTS sound system.
