Winner of German Independence Award 2009 is released in German cinemas

Last year’s winner of the German Independence Award – Best German Film is going to be released in German theatres later this month. On August 19th DISTANZ, which could also be seen at Karlovy Vary, Berlin and Montreal, premieres at selected theatres in Germany. The film was produced by Grand Hotel Pictures, directed by Thomas Sieben and is released by AV VIsionen Filmverleih. Ken Duken and Franziska Weisz star in this dark lovestory about loners, violence, secrets and romance.
